Hard to let and easy to access properties

Most of Dudley’s council housing is very popular, and very few areas or property types are hard to let. However, areas with a regular supply of vacancies are easier to access than those where fewer vacancies occur. Lettings staff in each area will be able to give up to date advice on which estates in their areas are easiest to access.
