Improving your home

 

You may want to improve your home and carry out decoration at any time. We are always happy to hear about what you want to do and would want to encourage you to carry out improvements. In the first instance, though, please discuss your plans with our Contact Centre on 01384 812345 who will put you in touch with a housing manager who will help you.

 

From time to time we may want to improve or modernise your property, or adapt it if you have specific needs. When that happens it may be necessary to offer you alternative temporary accommodation while the works take place.

 

If you require an adaptation to your property you will have already been assessed for your long term needs, and these adaptations will be carried out to your permanent address. Alternative temporary accommodation will only receive the minimum of temporary adaptations needed to make it habitable by the you in the short term.
