Dudley Fields TRA

Dudley Fields Tenants & Residents Association (TRA) covers the Dudley Fields Estate, which is part of Brierley Hill. We welcome any residents from Dudley Fields to attend our General meetings and support the work we do. We have now been running for over 10 years and recently held our AGM in June 2007 where a committee were elected to represent the TRA for the following year.

One of the main concerns of Dudley Fields TRA is the safety of the residents on the estate. We have worked hard on projects to improve the safety of the estate particularly for vulnerable residents.

We hold regular walkabouts on the estate with our Housing Manager, Local Cllrs and Police Community Support Officers. We identify any work that may need doing such as street drains to be cleaned, fly tipping to be removed and projects to work on.

Over the years we have been involved in a lot of projects here are some of our achievements to date.

Constructed a Mini Park and laid Tarmac to shop fronts on Wallows Rd
200 Bulkhead lights fitted over front doors across the estate
Fitted humidifying extractor Fans in kitchens
Security fencing to the rear of the bungalows on Wallows Place
Fencing to the front of bungalows at the top of Wallows Rd
Fencing to the front and side of bungalows on Pensnett Rd
Extra lighting columns in Limes Avenue & Fens Crescent
Erected Column Lighting to garage sites Orchard St & Limes Ave
Re-surfacing of right of way from Pensnett Rd to Planet Rd
New fencing at the rear of Planet Rd Flats
Fitted Side Gates to properties on the estate (on going 2007-2008)
