Priory, Dudley Tenants and Residents Association (TRA)

We have been established now for over 12 years and during that time we have achieved some amazing things, for example:-

  • We worked closely with the Council on the mini-modernisation programme

  • We have had miles of fencing fitted to hundreds of properties across the estate

  • We have had security lighting installed

  • We have worked to get traffic calming measures installed along with a crossing.

  • Working to get two bus routes reinstated for the estate.

This is just to name but a few things, we have achieved with hard work and dedication from a group of volunteers.

We are always looking for support from the community and encourage people to get involved at a level that suits them.

North Priory

On the North Priory we are keeping in touch with the council's regeneration proposals. Last year the council decided to move ahead with the 100% regeneration of the estate. While it talks to potential partners and draws up a development brief, the council is keeping in touch with residents through a monthly newsletter, surgeries held at the Local Action Centre on Pine Road, and through the North Priory pages of this website.

For more information please contact Janet Hand, Participation Development Officer by email Participation Development Team or telephone 01384 815168.
