Our committee was formed approximately 7 years ago. Committee meetings are held once a month, usually at the Woodman Public House, on the Saltwells Estate on the first Tuesday of every month at 7.00pm. Our Public Meetings are held at Dudley Wood Learning Centre, Dudley Wood Road, these meetings are always advertised across the estate.
Our aims for 2012:

To continue partnership working with other local tenants and residents associations across the area to help provide the helpline phone. The phone line is to enable Tenants & Residents on the Darby End, Saltwells, Netherton Central and Bowling Green estates to report any problems or issues they have to the Tenants & Residents Associations that represent them. If you would like to report something to the helpline please call 01384 831304. We would like to remind tenants that all repairs should be logged with the council in the normal way by calling 0300 555 8283
- Continue to support residents from the estate with any issues they may have

Work to support vulnerable tenants and to make them safer in their homes
- Clean up and re-design the land at the rear of May Bank Road
- Produce a newsletter which will be delivered to the estate
This list is endless and there are many more projects we would like to move forward, however to do these things we do need support from local people.

May Bank Road:
The TRA have been approached by local residents whose homes back onto the land behind May Bank Rd and asked to help to get it cleaned up and returned to a useable condition.
After an initial site visit we were shocked at what has happened we encountered vast amounts of fly tipping, rats and overgrown trees allowing people to hide and build dens.
Following the site visit the TRA conducted some consultation with local residents who confirmed they would support the land being cleaned up, landscaped and measures put in place to prevent future fly tipping.
