We were formed in October 2004 following the amalgamation of two Tenants Forums situated in Stourbridge's 'Old Quarter' - namely Baylie Court and Kennedy Court.
We hold committee meetings every month, and general meetings quarterly. At the meetings the group discuss local issues and social events.
During our time, we have been responsible for projects which has brought about many positive changes to tenants lifestyle. Funding for these improvements has mainly come from their Aerial Fund and also, very importantly, from Dudley Federation of Tenants and Residents Association (DFTRA) Capital Bids.
We work closely with the Participation Development Team, other council officers and organisations to identify solutions and make improvements to the neighbourhood.
Some of the improvements achieved include:-

CCTV and monitor for the foyers

New flooring to the stairwells

Garden benches

Improved lighting for the grounds and car park

The installation of a car park barrier
