Tenants handbook

 

Our new tenants handbook has been designed to offer all the necessary information you need as a tenant with Dudley Council. It is being distributed to all new tenants and is also available to anyone else upon request.

 

The ten chapters tell you how to make the most of the services we offer, and what obligations we have towards each other as tenant and landlord. When used in conjunction with our web pages and the information available in our offices and at Dudley Council Plus we hope it will make up a comprehensive guide to your housing service.
