Your housing manager is there to help you get the most from your council tenancy. They can deal with issues such as anti-social behaviour and can advise you if you are having any problems paying your rent, for example. But they are not there just for the big things like enforcing tenancy codnitons, but can also help give advice on how to pay your rent, and what to do if you want to move on.
Housing managers organise walkabouts of your estate and can act as first point of contact should you wish to access other services or agencies. You can contact your housing manager by letter, email or by phoning.
