Communicating with our tenants and leaseholders is central to our work. As well as working with the local press and running specific campaigns to promote our services, our main way of letting our customers know what we're doing is through HomeAffairs.

The way people apply for a rented home in the Dudley borough is changing. Later this year (2007) the council will be piloting a new scheme in the Halesowen and Stourbridge areas called Dudley at Home. Please click on the links below for further information.

Our tenants and leaseholders magazine is published four times a year and distributed to 27,000 households in Dudley as well as to Council employees, other major stakeholders, community centres, leisure centres, and venues right across the borough.
