Tenants satisfaction survey

 

We want your views! Listening to our customers is crucial. We take what you say about our service very seriously and use your views to shape the service. We are currently carrying out a tenants satisfaction survey.

 

Part of a government requirement, we are sending out questionnaire to 10% of tenants during October and November 2008.The survey is being carried out on behalf of the council by a company called Marketing Means.

We are also offering one lucky tenant the opportunity of winning £100 shopping vouchers as every completed questionnaire will be entered into a prize draw*

Only one entry per household. The survey is open to Dudley Council tenants who had been randomly selected to take part in the Tenants Satisfaction Survey 2008. The £100 shopping voucher prize draw is only open to tenants aged 18 years and over. No cash alternative is available. The Judges decision is final. The winner will be contacted after the prize draw which will take place after the closing date of the survey (November 20th 2008). The winner will be randomly selected from all the received and completed survey responses.
