Housing Rent Account Information (Rent, Garages and Contents Insurance)

 

Please use the information on this page if you need help and advice in paying your rent, need to know how and where to make a rent payment, or need further information with regard to your eligibility to claim Housing or Council Tax benefit.

 

 

 

To save costs, Rent Cards are only being provided to tenants who pay their rent in Housing Offices. Tenants who pay by other methods are provided with a payment calendar. This calendar can be used by tenants to keep a record of payments made by themselves. It is not intended  as a receipting document.

 

Each quarter tenants are sent a statment of account that will confirm their payments. Please see related documents below to download the Rent Calendar.
