Problems paying your rent?

If you are having problems paying your rent - you may have had a letter from us already or know that you don't have the money this month - please don't bury your head in the sand. Contact us as soon as possible.

Your housing manager will be happy to discuss any problems that you are having and can work out a plan for you to pay any arrears or restructure your payments if you cannot pay any debt in one go.

You may be entitled to housing benefit, and again our officers are there to help you find out if you are eligible. We can help fill in forms for you and chase up delayed benefit payments.

However, please remember your home is at risk if you do not keep up with your rent payments.
