Customers wishing to discuss housing related issues should visit Dudley Council Plus, Castle Street, Dudley, 0300 555 2345, and speak to an advisor.

Repairs should be reported to the Repairs Management Centre on 0300 555 8283, online at www.dudley.gov.uk, via DigiTV or by using one of the convenient freephones at key locations.

If you wish to talk to an advisor face to face you can visit us at:

  • Brierley Hill – ground floor, Brierley Hill Library, 122 High Street, Brierley Hill, DY5 3ET – open weekdays 9am to 5pm

  • Dudley - Dudley Council Plus, Castle Street, Dudley, DY1 1LQ – open weekdays 8am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 12 noon

  • Halesowen – 7 Queensway, Halesowen, B63 4AB – open weekdays 9am to 5pm

  • North Dudley - Dudley Council Plus, Castle Street, Dudley, DY1 1LQ – open weekdays 8am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 12 noon

  • Stourbridge – ground floor, Library and Town Hall facility, Crown Centre, Stourbridge, DY8 1YE – open weekdays 9am to 5pm

 

With the exceptions of Halesowen housing office and Dudley Council Plus, these locations do not have payment facilities.  We accept the following methods of payments:

  • Direct debit – the easiest and most convenient way to pay.  Telephone 0300 555 2345 or visit www.dudley.gov.uk for an application form.   Customers can now set up a Direct Debit over the telephone by telephoning 01384 815024.  It is simple to set up, still with the choice of two dates, and only takes a couple of minutes.

  • Online at www.dudley.gov.uk.

  • By phone on 0800 555 7000 – available 24 hours a day

  • By post All cheques should be made payable to DMBC and sent with a payment slip.  Please quote your rent, or council tax number, name and address on the reserve and post to Dudley Council, PO Box 3, The Council House, Priory Street, DY1 1HG.

  • In person at

    - Any PayPoint location – to use this facility you will need a plastic housing payments card, available by calling 0300 555 2345, or just use your barcoded bill.   Follow this link to find your nearest PayPoint retailer: www.paypoint.co.uk/locator

    - Any Payzone location – to use this facility you will need a plastic housing payments card, available by calling 0300 555 2345, or just use your barcoded bill.  Follow this link to find your nearest Payzone retailer: www.payzone.co.uk

    - Any Post Office location – to use this facility you will need a plastic housing payments card, available by calling 0300 555 2345, or just use your barcoded bill.  Follow this link to find your nearest Post Office retailer: www.postoffice.co.uk/portal/po

    - At Dudley Council Plus, Castle Street, Dudley.  Open weekdays 8am—6pm, Saturday 9am—12 noon

 

You can now look at your housing rent account online.  You will need your rent account payment reference number and you will be able to view a summary of your last six months transactions.
