With the exceptions of Halesowen housing office and Dudley Council Plus, these locations do not have payment facilities. We accept the following methods of payments:

Direct debit – the easiest and most convenient way to pay. Telephone 0300 555 2345 or visit www.dudley.gov.uk for an application form. Customers can now set up a Direct Debit over the telephone by telephoning 01384 815024. It is simple to set up, still with the choice of two dates, and only takes a couple of minutes.
