Dudley's Housing Service is one of the best providers within the West Midlands and we want to remain in this high position. We consistently set ourselves challenging targets and compare ourselves to other landlords. The Council's Housing Service has improved its levels of overall performance and this is reflected in improved tenants satisfaction. The service was assessed by the Audit Commission as scoring the highest possible four star rating in 2007.
