New show homes, showcasing homes on Friars Gate, Dudley’s flagship housing regeneration project have opened their doors to the public.
Visitors and prospective residents had the first glimpse of the new homes currently being built on Friars Gate, the former North Priory housing estate when they opened on Saturday May 28 2011.
People are now able to go along and have a look around the Normanby two bedroom home and the Melbury three bedroom home which have been kitted out to showcase the new properties available for outright sale.
People can drop in anytime from Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm and also visit the sales centre which is located next to the show home and open during the same times.
Another show home will be opened later in the summer by Bromford to illustrate the properties available for rent. It will also be used as a location for community meetings during the development of the scheme.
