Adult care services within the UK are undergoing significant change, as the health and social economy shapes up for an exciting future, which places customers at the heart of services.

 

Dudley’s Directorate of Adult, Community and Housing Services is key to changing the lives and building positive futures for our service users and carers through improved and responsive services delivered in partnership.

 

In 2005 Dudley Council announced it was creating two new directorates to replace Housing, Education

and Social Services:

The new directorates are now fully established and are providing even better, smarter, more co-ordinated and increasingly customer-focussed services. In addition our customers will receive an even better service when contacting the council, as we continue to develop Dudley Council Plus, our one-stop contact

centre in the centre of Dudley.
