Centre Based Courses

 

All courses are supervised and coached by fully qualified instructors.

 

A number of the courses work to specific levels and once the level is achieved a badge can be awarded.  Badges can be purchased from reception once the level is reached.

 

Due to the popularity and the success of the Recreational Course Programme a waiting list is often in operation for most lessons. Please fill in the form on this leaflet and return it to reception desk. You will be contacted, either by a letter or by telephone, as soon as a place becomes available on the lessons. Once you have enrolled on your first course you are then given priority, during re-enrolment week only, to re-enrol on the next term’s course. Posters will be displayed around the individual Centres to remind parents when re-enrolment week takes place. Failure to re-enrol in re-enrolment week may result in the loss of your place.

 

Personal data supplied will be held on computer and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. It will be used for the purposes of statistical analysis, management and planning, and in the provision of services by the Council. The information will be shared with Unicard and the Black Country Knowledge Society for the purposes of operating and managing the Smart Card scheme. Customers may be contacted by Unicard regarding their Smart Card.

Climbing – Crystal Leisure Centre

 

For Children (9-15yrs old) and Adults

 

Held in the Climbing Room, on the Ground Floor of the Centre.  Safety equipment, including helmets and harnesses are provided for use on the course. Spectators may view from the first floor viewing gallery.

 

Gymnastics– Crystal Leisure Centre and Dudley Leisure Centre

 

A variety of courses to suit all levels of junior ability from age 5 to 15 years, to incorporate total beginners, improvers through to advanced levels.  Badges and certificates are awarded when the appropriate level is obtained and can be purchased from reception.

Junior Advanced                   Wed 6.30pm

 

Saturday All abilities. 9am – 10am, 10am – 11am, 11am – 12am, 12am – 1pm, 1pm – 2pm &3.00pm

Junior Jumpers – under  5’s Tues 1.45 & Thurs 10.45am

Beginners – Mon 4pm & 5pm, Thurs 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, Friday 4pm, Sat  9.30 & 10.30

Adults Mon 7pm  

Junior Improvers Mon 6pm & Thurs 4pm
