Junior Coaching Activities
There are a range of courses available for children at the Crystal Leisure Centre as follows:

Gymnastics (Junior classes for ages 5 to 15 years old, and advanced classes for 12 to 15 year olds)

Swimming (from age 6 months)
-
Climbing (Ages 9 to 15)

Trampolining (A number of courses are availble to suit the needs of everyone aged between 2.5 and 15 years old)

Junior Trixster X-Bike Spin Class
The sessions take place in the Spinning room on our 9 trixter bikes. Have fun on these indoor mountain bikes with their realistic movement and 7 levels of resistance.
Termtime only sessions Thursdays 5.45pm - 6.15pm for ages 8 - 15 years
Street Dance sessions
Regular sessions will be held on Thursdays 4pm - 5pm for age range 8 - 15 years. Come and have fun and learn to street dance.
Children's Parties
There are a number of Children's Parties that are available at the Leisure Centre, including:

Soft Play Suite
The soft play suite at Crystal Leisure Centre officially opened in June 2009. It is an ideal place for the centres customer's to let their young children "let off steam". The exciting play structure has a dedicated toddlers area, two tier junior area with slides, stepping stone run, spider web crawl & inter active light & sound system
The suite also includes the centre's creche which is open at certain times to allow customers to attend an activity or fitness class whilst safe in the knowledge that their child is being looked after by qualified staff.
Kid’s Gym n Play
Suitable for children up to 5 years old. Parents are required to stay with children at all times. Fully qualified supervision of Gymnastics, Soft Play, Occasional Bouncy Castle & Trampolines. Term-time only, although special sessions do run during Dudley MBC school holidays.

Baby Friendly Pool
Crystal Leisure Centre has been recognised as a baby friendly pool in association with Huggies Little Swimmers supported by the ASA. Swim nappies are on sale at reception for babies to use in the pool.

During the school holidays the centre usually offers Trampolining sessions, Gymnastics Sessions, Under 5's Gym and Play session, Art & Crafts sessions and week long Junior Intensive Swim lessons for both beginners and improvers. Places need to be booked in advance for the majority of the sessions so please call into the centre to reserve a place.The Leisure pool also opens 9.00am until 6.00pm during the Dudley MBC school holidays.
