Dudley Council is committed to ensuring customers receive a high level of service in all leisure centres across the borough.
 
By listening to our customers we will constantly strive towards improving and updating our facilities, whilst ensuring that each visit is a pleasant experience.

  • answer all telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • make cleanliness a priority in all our centres
  • ensure vending machines are fully available and that any repairs are reported immediately
  • ensure the safety and welfare of customers at all times
  • offer encouragement and support.

  • clearly display opening times
  • be welcoming and inviting
  • display pool temperatures
  • have clear signage
  • provide our customers with details of activities/events taking place at other Dudley Council sites
