be friendly, polite and will greet all customers on each visit
be easily identifiable by name badge and uniform
answer all telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner
make cleanliness a priority in all our centres
ensure vending machines are fully available and that any repairs are reported immediately
ensure the safety and welfare of customers at all times
offer encouragement and support.
Our Facilities will:
clearly display opening times
be welcoming and inviting
display pool temperatures
have clear signage
provide our customers with details of activities/events taking place at other Dudley Council sites
