A range of swimming lessons takes place during term-time in the safe environment of the main and teaching pool.
Please check the pool timetable to ensure that the pool is available.
Schools have priority in the pool during lessons, lane ropes may be in the pool and space for public limited

Lifestyles Gym
The Lifestyles Gym is a modern health & fitness suite that has been designed to provide everyone, from the complete beginner to the more experienced athlete, with the ultimate workout environment. There are 26 pieces of TechnoGym Cardiovascular and Resistance equipment that will help you to improve aerobic fitness, muscle tone and strength effectively.

Courts bookable up to 7 days in advance for members, non-members can book 4 days in advance (court payable at time of booking for non-members).
