The Lifestyles Gym is a modern health & fitness suite that has been designed to provide everyone, from the complete beginner to the more experienced athlete, with the ultimate workout environment. There are 26 pieces of TechnoGym Cardiovascular and Resistance equipment that will help you to improve aerobic fitness, muscle tone and strength effectively.

Cardio Gym

To enhance the time that you spend with us, the Lifestyles Gym is equipped with a state-of-the-art audio-visual installation. Four television screens offer a wide choice of terrestrial channels. Headphones can be purchased which allow private enjoyment of any of the television or radio channels.

Pre-Consultation & Initial Induction

To ensure that your time at the Lifestyles Gym is as safe and enjoyable as possible an induction is compulsory for everyone. The fitness staff will explain correct exercise technique, devise an appropriate training routine, and answer any other questions you may have.

The Key System

An individual data key programmed by one of our qualified members of staff provides you with your optimum workload and resistance level for every workout.

On going support

We appreciate that the first step to improving your fitness can often be the hardest, but maintaining that initial enthusiasm can be difficult, so we offer regular reviews including programme revaluation and computer printouts of your progress and improvement.

Monday – Friday 8.00am– 9.30pm (Last admission 8.30pm)
Saturday & Sunday 9.00am – 6.00pm (Last admission 5.00pm)

REGULAR USER SCHEME

Lifestyles Gym is offering even greater value for money. There are now three ways to pay:

Option 1. Pay and Play - Lifestyles Gym £5.00

Option 2. Committed Membership - £27.50 per month (payable by Direct Debit). The benefits of joining this scheme are:

Unlimited use of the Lifestyles Gym.
Unlimited access to fitness classes subject to availability and access pre booking allowed.
Unlimited use of the public swimming sessions for the cardholder (subject to availability).
Telephone Bookings for badminton courts etc. can be made up to 7 days in advance at any of Dudley’s Leisure Centres. Your membership number will be required when making a booking.

This membership is for an initial minimum contract period of 12 months, after which customers can cancel in writing. Cancellation requires 1 month notice prior to termination.

Option 3. 12 Monthly Membership - £302.50 (12 months for the price of 11)

This membership is paid in full and offers the same benefits as Option 2.
