Descriptions of the Swimming Sessions

We have a number of swimming sessions to suit everyone as follows:

Adult only length swim: for swimmers aged 16 and over, who wish to swim lengths only
Adults & families: for adults and parents with children
Public swimming: Everyone is welcome
Ladies only: For women and women with children (please note that boys must be aged 8 or under to attend)
Under 5's and adult swim session: for adults and parents with toddler
family swim: For parents and childildren only

1.30pm - 4.00pm	Public swim
4.05pm - 6.45pm	Adults and families (1 lane rope in pool 5.15pm – 6.45pm)
9.10pm - 10.10pm	Adult only length swim
Tuesday
08.00am - 09.00am	Adult only length swim
09.00am - 12.00pm	Public swim
12.05pm - 1.30pm	Adults only
1.30pm – 4.00pm	Public swim
4.05pm - 6.45pm	Adult and family swim

Wednesday
08.00am - 09.00am	Adult only length swim

1.30pm – 4.00pm	Public swim
