Unlimited access to fitness classes subject to availability and access pre booking allowed.

Monday – Friday 7.30am – 9.45pm (Last admission 9.15pm)

Saturday & Sunday 8.30am – 4.30pm (Last admission 4.00pm)

Fees and Charges

Lifestyles Gym offers great value for money. There are three options of payment:

Option 1: Pay and Play - Lifestyles Gym £5.00 (50% reduction for option plus members)
Option 2: Committed Membership - £27.50 per month (£22 over 50's and corporate) payable via direct debit. This membership is for an initial minimum contact period of 12 months, after which customers can cancel in writing. Cancellation requires 1 months notice prior to termination.
Option 3: 12 Monthly Membership - £302.50 (12 months for the price of 11). This membership is paid in full and offers the same benefits as Option 2.

Where can you use your membership

Please note that :

All users must purchase a Data Key to be able to use the Wellness System. Data Keys are available from reception;
There is an induction fee of £10 ( £5 options plus members);
Your membership number will be required when making a booking;
Please note that users must be over 16 to use our equipment.
