How to become a member
Memberships are easy to take out. All you have to do is to fill in an application form (available at each of our leisure centres) and hand it in at reception where you will have your photograph taken for your membership card. To take out an Options Lifestyle Membership you have to have taken an induction first. Details are available further down this page

Cancelling your membership
Cancellation will only be accepted in written format.
You can cancel by either:

Please include your full name, date of birth, address with post code and membership number (if known).
Members can cancel their direct debit membership at anytime without charge providing that a minimum notice of 14 working days is given before the next collection date. If the required notice is not given the payment may be taken on the next collection date. There will be no refund for late notification.
