Fitness Class Timetable

The Lifestyles Gym is a modern health & fitness suite at Dudley Leisure Centre

Fitness Classes at Dudley Leisure Centre are open to anyone from 14 years of age. 

Young people aged 14 to 16 must either be accompanied by a parent or have a written parental consent form filled in and signed by their parent and the sessions must be considered low impact and no resistance equipment is used, or if it is an alternative provided for that particular exercise.

Bodypump, Bodyattack, Bodyjam, Bodycombat and Bodybalance are all part of the very popular Les Mills Exercise routines.

All fitness classes can be booked in advance - Members can book up to 7 days in advance, non-members 4 days in advance. Bookings cannot be moved or cancelled after payment is made.
