Holiday Coaching Courses - Sportzone

Dudley MBC offer sporting activities based at Crystal Leisure Centre for children aged between 5 and 16 years of age with varying disabilities. Sportzone takes place during every school holiday throughout the year.

 

All the sporting activities the children take part in are appropriate for their age, interests and strengths and offer a structured and a familiar routine.

 

Children can take part in a variety of sports. Some of the activities available are trampolining, adaptive sports, football, basketball, gymnastics, multiskills and cricket.

 

All sports are delivered by governing body qualified coaches who have received specialist disability training. The aim of the programme is to provide sport and physical activity opportunities for young people with disabilities and their siblings.

 

The Sportzone days make every child welcome by giving each individual a friendly accepting and positive experience which help to build children’s confidence and self esteem.
