• The Team Read runs from Saturday 5^th July to Saturday 6^th September, you can start at any time over the summer.  Children between 4 and 12 years old are invited to take part in the challenge and read six library books.

• You will be able to read your way through bronze and silver levels, collecting stickers as you go. After reading six books you will become a Team Read champion and will be awarded a gold medal and certificate.

• Look out for the Team Read craft events which will be happening in libraries throughout the summer. There will be competitions to enter too!

• Every child who finishes will go into a prize draw. Prizes include family tickets to the Monkey Forest at Trentham Gardens, the Safari Park, the Black Country museum, the Severn Valley Railway and the Crystal Leisure Centre. We also have some games and toys donated by the Toyshop in Dudley and Woolworth’s.

• The Team Read website will have lots of games, activities and author blogs.

• Children under 4 can take part with the Bookstart Book Crawl and get a Team Read certificate too!
