Review of 'When Isla meets Luke meets Isla'
When Isla moves down with her parents from Scotland to England she instantly feels in an alien land. But then she meets Luke. Despite everything - Isla is a motor-mouth, Luke more measured - slowly their friendship blossoms ... and Isla finds that a boyfriend is not only great company but that he can also help soothe a deeper sorrow ...

Told in chapters alternating between Luke and Isla, Rhian Tracey helps to unravel the messy and confused relationships that are a big part of growing up.

The sequel to ‘When Isla meets Luke meets Isla’ is called ‘Isla and Luke – make or break?’ which is in the shops on January 19th 2004. Rhian’s third novel ‘The Book club’ will be out summer 2005 and is about 4 teenage girls who are forced into presenting a book club on a local radio station, against their will.
