Stourbridge Library
New Opening Hours
Stourbridge Library is now open on Wednesdays to 7pm and on Sundays from 10am to 2pm
In total, libraries across the borough will extend their opening hours by 75 hours each week this year. By the end of 2008/March 2009, opening hours will be extended at Brierley Hill, Dudley, Halesowen, Kingswinford, Gornal, Sedgley, Cradley, Long Lane, Coseley, Lye and Netherton

Book Club
Meeting in the library on a monthly basis the book group read, discuss and review a wide range of books. Always on the lookout for new members the group meets on the second Tuesday in the month. To find out when their next meeting is give the library a call.
Local History Talks

Children and Teenagers
Rattle and Rhyme
A lively, interactive session aimed at children aged 0 to 4 years old. Held on Thursday mornings between 9:30 and 10:00 and on Fridays between 11:00 and 11:30
Storytime
A good way of introducing young children to their local library with storytimes being held every week on Fridays between 11:00 and 11:30 and also between 14:15 and 14:45.
Chatterbooks
A reading group just for children which meets regularly on Friday afternoons to read, discuss and review a range of books. For details of when the next meeting is due to take place please contact the library.
Teenage Reading Group
The teenage reading group meets at the library on the first Monday of the Month between 16:00 and 17:00
