It should be noted that the Heritage Division, is responsible for the care of the Council's archaeological finds, especially those from Dudley Castle. The finds are housed at Coseley Archive Library Services.
The future of these finds, and their role in the interpretation of the Borough's history, needs to take place within the context of the future of Castle Hill as a whole and of the overall strategy for museums in the Borough.
