Take a self guided tour through the glassworks exploring the underground passages and tunnels which have not previously been open to the public. A spiral staircase allows you to walk up through the core of the glass cone onto a viewing platform where you can marvel at the scale and enormity of this amazing structure.
Use an audio guide to tell you about the history of the glassworks, the characters from the industry and learn about the magical process of glassmaking.
Watch glassmaking demonstrations by one of five resident glass artists (please note glassmaking does not take place on a Wednesday).

Shop in the Cone gift shop which sells a wonderful range of glass products including jewellery and blown and kiln-formed pieces, many produced by artists based on site. There is also an inspirational range of gifts and books for children.
The Stuart Crystal Gift Centre is also on site with one of the largest collections available locally of the Stuart Crystal and Waterford Crystal ranges. Other brands available include Edinburgh Crystal, Thomas Webb, Royal Doulton, Caithness, Wedgwood. Crystal repair and engraving service available in store.
Relax in the Crystal Tearooms open 7 days a week selling hot and cold refreshments and a range of hot and cold snacks and freshly made cakes.
Join in the children's holiday activities with the JAM Club which runs craft sessions for 6-11 year olds.
