The Showcase Gallery leads off from the Visitor Centre.  With two walls made of glass it receives a lot of natural light.  It hosts exhibitions by local artists, crafts-people and designers.  The annual exhibition by the resident glass artists, Love Glass, is held in this gallery.

The Courtyard Gallery is a covered outdoor gallery created to provide an area for regular exhibitions by Glass West Midlands members - providing an opportunity to promote individual businesses and generate sales and commissions.

The Courtyard Gallery will also be where glass work, produced by students whilst taking part in educational programmes run by both the Cone and local schools, will be exhibited.

In the Cone's Courtyard there's Saz's Ceramics, Jane Ellis and Sarah Hughes fused glass and lampwork, glass artist Charlotte Hughes-Martin and Rebecca Handy, jewellery/textile artist. SMD clocks & crafts are located near the main entrance.

The Bridge Gallery is home to semi-permanent exhibitions related to the school curriculum.  It has previously hosted Local Heroes and our World War II exhibition.  It is currently home to The Romans, featuring information on Roman life and glassware.
