The Options+ Leisure Discount Scheme offers significant savings to residents and non residents on leisure activities across Dudley.

The benefits of membership are 50% off a number of services and events as follows:

• Dudley Libraries
  Half price rental on compact discs, cassette and video hire from all Dudley Libraries

• Sport & Physical Activity
  Sport courses, swimming instruction, swimming, badminton, squash / racketball, bowls, table tennis, climbing, fitness suites, fitness classes and spectating.

  Options+ is accepted at the Crystal Leisure Centre, Dudley Leisure Centre, Halesowen Leisure Centre, and the Dell Stadium

  Tickets to selected shows

Are you eligible to join?

Whether you live in Dudley Borough or not, you are eligible to join the Options+ scheme if you are:

• A registered Jobseeker and in receipt of Jobseekers Allowance

• In receipt of Working Tax Credit, Income Support, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit

• In receipt of Incapacity Benefit, Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Industrial Injuries Disablement and Carer's Allowance

• Armed Forces Veteran (dependants not included)

• Registered on Dudley's Carer's Network

• A Blue Badge holder

• Resident in a Dudley Targeted Postcode

• An Asylum Seeker

• A Foster family

• A Child in residential care

• A Modern Apprentice (dependants not included)

• A full time student (dependants not included)

• Pension Credit (Guarantee Element)

• Dependants of cardholders (partner, spouse and children under 16 years living at the same address)

How do I apply?

You can apply by calling into any of the leisure centres listed below during normal opening hours. You will need to bring with you:

• A completed application form. The Options+ Leisure Card Application Form (printable version) is available at the bottom of this page.

• Proof of address (i.e. a recent utility bill with your name and address)

• Proof of eligibility.

Please note that photographs will be taken of you at the leisure centre that issues your card, therefore everyone applying for a card (including dependants) must appear in person to apply.

How much will it cost?

Adults £2.50

Dependants (under 16) FREE

NB From 1 January 2012 Under 16's will be charged £1.00 to join.

You can join at any of the following leisure centres:

• Crystal Leisure Centre, Bell Street, Stourbridge

• Dudley Leisure Centre, Wellington Road, Dudley

• Halesowen Leisure Centre, Great Cornbow, Halesowen

Click on the Options+ Leisure Card Application Form (printable version) link below, fill out and print off. Please take the application form and proof of eligibility to any of the issuing centres to register. Do not post the form as it as photographs need to be taken at the time of application.
