Flytipping

 

Dudley MBC Street Cleansing section removes accumulations of flytipping ranging from bagged waste large loose items e.g. carpets and suites to all manner of flytipped waste including trees rubble and tyres. The Council endeavours to remove all such items within a two day period from its land. Please contact us giving exact a location as possible and a brief description of flytipped waste as you wish to report.

 

With effect from the 21/11/2005, all householders in England get a responsibility under the waste duty of care to ensure that their rubbish is passed to authorised carriers only, or face fines of up to £5,000.
