Summer Holiday events
There are plenty of events taking place across our visitor attractions during the school summer holidays. JAM (Juniors at Museums) Club activities include searching around the Red House Glass Cone on a number of holiday themed trails or you may choose to design your own butterfly and a bug necklace purse.
If you visit Broadfield House Glass Museum then you can follow clues to find the glass treasures and make your own to take home whilst at Dudley Museum & Art Gallery you can design and colour your own binoculars or discover more about Darwin with a fun trail around the museum.
Deep within the ancient Dudley mines a Murder Mystery evening will take place at Dudley Canal Trust and includes a hot supper or you can simply take a guided 45 minute boat trip into the famous limestone mines.
At Black Country Living Museum children of all ages can hop, skip and jump back in time to the Museum’s period village where the young at heart can roll hoops along the cobbled street, play hopscotch on the pavement and test their skill with whip and top and skittles.
Take a look on the Events Page of this website to find out more.
