Group visits at Dudley Zoological Gardens and Castle
 
Dudley Zoological Gardens and 11th century castle offers the chance to learn about the history of the castle and to get up close to some exotic and endangered animals. Additional group visits include: Wake up the Zoo Tour and Dr Dudley Guided Tour and The Ghost Supper and Evening Ghost Walk. There is a restaurant on site serving hot and cold food and drinks. You can even purchase the Amazing Animal Experience and Adoption package. Group visits at Black Country Living Museum
 
Black Country Living Museum offers you the chance to meet characters in the original shops and houses, a changing programme of demonstrations and a chance to enjoy a nostalgic glimpse of yesteryear. Group visits include: An introductory talk, a lesson in the Schoolroom and a visit to the Underground Coal Mine.  There is a Canalside Cafe and fish and chips from the Fried Fish Shop available on site for you to purchase refreshments. Group visits at Dudley Canal Trust
 
Dudley Canal Tunnel & Limestone Mines group visit offers you a 45 minute skipper guided tour into Dudley Canal Tunnel, an audiovisual display and light spectacular performance inside the amazing Singing Cavern. A small cafe is available on site selling hot/cold drinks and snacks. Dudley Canal Trust also run boats through the full length of the tunnel and mines and holds many events throughout the year including Ghost Tours and Murder Mystery Evenings. Red House Glass Cone - Group visits
 
Red House Glass Cone standing 100ft high and one of only four left in the UK, lies in the heart of the Stourbridge Glass Quarter. The Red House Glass Cone can be explored as an individual group visit or a combined group visit with Broadfield House Glass Museum.
 
Its group visits include a guided history tour of the Cone site, watch glassmaking demonstrations and explore the various craft businesses on site and the opportunity to look around the gift shop selling many unique, local handmade glass crafts. The Red House Glass Cone also offers additional group tours including the Candlelight tour of the Cone and Canal Boat Ride & Guided Tour. There is a tea room on site or a buffet lunch can be arranged through an external catering company. Broadfield House Glass Museum - Group visits
 
Broadfield House Glass Museum is the only publicly-owned museum in the country dedicated to glass and has one of the best glass collections in the world. Broadfield House Glass Museum can be explored as an individual group visit or as a combined visit with Red House Glass Cone on its great glass tour.
 
Its group visits include a guided history tour of the Glass Museum, an exciting programme of temporary exhibitions featuring both historic and contemporary glass, watch glassmaking demonstrations and explore the gift shop selling many unique, local handmade glass crafts. Merry Hill
 
Merry Hill is one of the largest award-winning shopping centres in the UK. It has all the major retailers under one roof for you to explore the shopping delights at your leisure and you can experience the all new Food Court - Eat Central. Merry Hill is within a 15 minute journey from the visitor attractions. Merry Hill is open weekdays from 9am-9pm, 9am-7pm on Saturdays and 11am to 5pm on Sundays.
 
Note to Coach Drivers - Driver/trip organiser MUST call Merry Hill Customer Relations on 01384 487911 at least 28 days in advance to book in so that
  • confirmation of your booking and directions to Customer Relations for guest drop-off, pick-up and coach park can be provided in advance
  • Welcome Packs can be prepared
  • Any wheelchair users requirements can be catered for
  • Information can then be sent out detailing forthcoming seasonal promotions and events in-centre that coincide with their weekend visit - so they can plan their trip to the Centre around their pre-arranged attractions visits.
