Setting up Time for exhibitors

Parking for exhibitors will be immediately in front of the Concert Hall for unloading only. Exhibitor vehicles may park all day free of charge in the car park to the side of the Library Building on St. James's Rd (just past the Concert Hall on the right hand side) where limited access room is available. St James's Road will be closed to public access from 10am to 5.30pm on Friday 23rd September and from 7am to 5.30pm on Saturday and 8am to 6pm on Sunday.
Stall holders responsibilities
Stall holders must take responsibility for insuring their own property and merchandise.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL STALL HOLDERS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SELLING ETHICAL AND LEGAL GOODS.
