You can now get junior memberships across our three leisure centres.

There's lots to do at Dudley borough parks 

  • There will be free activities at the activity centres  at Mary Stevens Park, Stourbridge, Huntingtree Park, Halesowen, Netherton Park and Silver Jubilee Park, Coseley on Tuesday 28 to Friday 31 May from 1.30 to 2.30pm. Activities include football, cricket, tag games, relays, rounders, parachute games, fitness activities and lots more. For more information call the rangers on 07584 581285 or 07557 323173.

Sycamore Adventure

  • Sycamore Adventure, Dudley council's amazing adventure playground is open for all children in Dudley borough and can be hired for parties and conferences etc. For opening times and more details visit www.sycamoreadventure.co.uk

Family Information Service (FIS)

Museums

  • There's plenty happening with the Juniors at Museums club , from paper crafts to free trails, drop in sessions and full day eco and glass schools.  

  • The Red House Glass Cone has a busy programme of events including a free magic show and open studios. 

 

Libraries

  • Dudley borough libraries will be offering some family friendly activities to celebrate National Family week which runs from 27 May – 2 June at the same time as half term.

A variety of activities will be taking place during the week ranging from Bookstart Bear visits for the under 5s to fun science and fantasy workshops.

  • On Thursday 30 May there will be two special “Mad Science Fire and Ice” shows at Dudley and Halesowen libraries. These shows bring science to life in an entertaining and dramatic fashion and are great educational entertainment suitable for the over 5s. These will take place at Halesowen Library from 11am-noon and at Dudley Library from 2pm-3pm.

Admission is free but places must be booked in advance by contacting the library.
