Youngsters can take the plunge this summer at Halesowen Leisure Centre.
The Dudley Council owned facility in Pool Road, Halesowen will be hosting its popular aqua run with inflatables and obstacles and fun float poolsessions this summer.
‘Mission impossible’ pool aqua run sessions will run from 1.15 to 3pm every Tuesday and Thursday and are suitable for children aged 8 years and over, but must be a minimum 1.2m high and pass a swimming test prior to participating.
Fun float pool sessions will be running in both pools and are suitable for all ages. They will run throughout the summer on Mondays and Fridays from 1.15 to 3pm except bank holiday Monday (29 Aug).
Both pool sessions cost £4.10 for adults and £2.60 for under 16s, with a 50 per cent discount for Options+ leisure card holders, and will run from Monday 25 July to Friday 2 September.
Youngsters visiting the centre can take advantage of the centre’s ‘£7 for seven days deal’, which includes access to all the fun pool and float sessions as well as squash, table tennis and public swimming.
Juniors under the age of 16 can also get a 50 per cent discount on a casual no booking in advance basis for table tennis and squash.
