Please use the information on this page if you need help and advice in paying your rent, need to know how and where to make a rent payment, or need further information with regard to your eligibility to claim Housing or Council Tax benefit.
Rent cards are no longer issued as a receipting document. If you choose to pay in person, you will be given a receipt each time you pay. Please keep this receipt as proof of payment.
All tenants are provided with a payment calendar. This calendar can be used by tenants to keep a record of payments made by themselves. It is not intended as a receipting document.

Annual statements will now be sent if you are a current Dudley Council tenant who:
rents a garage
has home contents insurance with Dudley Council
pays by Direct Debit, Standing Order, through an agency or online
is in receipt of full Housing Benefit with a nil balance
All other tenants will receive quarterly statements.
