Some of the properties are specifically designed to meet the needs of people with physical or learning disabilities and/or support needs, others are for general need.

All of the new properties, which include low level apartment blocks, bungalows and houses, will be built to lifetime standards.

The properties will be built for people with general housing needs, and some will be designed specifically for people in the need of supported living options, such as those recovering from mental ill health.

The lettings process for most of these new homes is through the usual lettings process. Via choice based lettings, through Dudley at Home.
