Home Affairs survey 2018

Home Affairs to be blueprint for council newsletter

The first issue of Home Affairs was published in the spring of 2002 and over the years has been one of the main ways in which we have communicated with tenants and leaseholders. However, more and more people are now accessing information via the internet and smart phones and taking advantage of our online services such as eHousing.

Despite the shift to digital technology to access information and services, leaders at Dudley Council are keen to retain a newsletter to communicate with residents.

We are therefore planning to develop a council-wide newsletter that will include information about all services within the council as well as a section dedicated to council tenants and leaseholders. This publication will then be distributed to all households in the borough.

In addition we will develop an electronic housing bulletin that can be emailed to tenants and leaseholders or accessed on the Dudley Council website.

To help us develop this idea we would like you to tell us what you think of the Home Affairs newsletter by completing a short questionnaire.

Closing date for replies is 14 April 2018.
