Depositing records - accessions, donations and bequests

Our records span hundreds of years, from 1189 to the present day, cover every aspect of society, from the workhouse to the public house, and are from as far-afield as Constantinople (a letter written to Mrs Anne Foley by her brother from Constantinople, reference DOH/I/6/5).

We need to keep adding archives and records to our collection so that we can tell as many stories as we can about the Dudley borough. If you think you have some historical records about the borough that you'd like to deposit, to be preserved for the future, please contact us - we are always interested.

Everybody has a story to tell and we encourage you to deposit your records for posterity. We accept anything from business collections and fascinating school records to small individual archives filled with personal detail.

Depositing couldn't be easier - get in touch to take your place in history.
