You may renew items by contacting your library or by using our online facility any time of the day or night. All you need is your library card and your pin number. The pin number is usually the last 4 numbers/letters of your postcode (for example 11HR).
All renewals are subject to an item not being required by another borrower.
Books/talking books/CDs : Phone or internet up to 6 times, and then item must be brought in to a library for renewal.
DVD/Videos: Phone or internet up to 3 times, after which it must be brought in to the library for renewal.

You can reserve any item in our stock for collection at any library. You can also choose to receive a free email, or text message to notify you when the item is ready to collect. Or you can opt to pay for a postal notification.
