Landlord Portal

Our Landlord Portal allows Landlords (social and private), who receive payments of Housing Benefit to:

  • Check payments - See a breakdown of the payments you have received for each of your tenants in receipt of Housing Benefit.

  • Review individual claim details such as the next payment dates.

  • Access historic payments made to you.

  • Export payment records into a spreadsheet.

  • Report a change in your tenant's circumstances. Notifying us of a change using the Landlord Portal will help us reduce overpayments.

Accessing the Portal

If you already have an account, you can go straight to the Landlord Portal

If you don't have an account, you will need to complete our Online Registration Form

Contact Us

After we have received a completed registration form, we will email you a user name, memorable word and a temporary password
