Halesowen Leisure Centre - Fitness Class Timetable

Fitness Classes at the are open to anyone from 12 years of age. Young people aged 12 to 16 (who are not junior members) must either be accompanied by a parent or have a written parental consent form filled in and signed by their parent and the sessions must be considered low impact and no resistance equipment is used, or if it is an alternative provided for that particular exercise.

Bodypump, Bodyattack, Bodycombat, Grit and Bodybalance are all part of the very popular Les Mills exercise routines.

Work outside of the Functional Fitness Box

Develop total body strength using traditional bodyweight exercises and the latest functional training accessories like suspension trainers, kettle bells, battling ropes, dip bars and much more.

You will feel instant improvement, in 6 sessions you will lose inches by toning your body.
