Fitness Classes at Crystal Leisure Centre

Fitness Classes are open to anyone from 12 years of age. Young people aged 12 to 16 (who are not junior members) must either be accompanied by a parent or have a written parental consent form filled in and signed by their parent and the sessions must be considered low impact and no resistance equipment is used, or if it is an alternative provided for that particular exercise.

  • BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK, BODYJAM, BODYCOMBAT and BODYBALANCE are all part of the very popular Les Mills Exercise routines.

  • Metafit - designed by a former marine - a high intensity workout

  • Boxercise - combines boxing and exercise in great fun, stress busting activity

Level 1 & Level 1+ classes are suitable for anyone including beginners

Level 2 classes are more intense exercise classes

Level 3 classes are high intensity classes suitable for those use to exercising

Classes marked with an asterix* are also included within the Junior Lifestyle Membership
