Himley Hall is a commanding 18th Century building set amongst 180 acres of 'Capability' Brown landscaped parkland. Once the family home to the Earls of Dudley and host to royalty and high society, today it offers contemporary art and craft exhibitions during spring and summer, as well as prestigious conference facilities and guided tours. The Hall also provides a glamorous setting for civil wedding ceremonies and receptions and other special occasions.
Himley Park is now a premier events venue playing host to a variety of outdoor events from garden plant fairs and classic vehicle shows to the breathtaking Himley Fireworks display. Visitors may participate in golf, pitch and putt, fishing, orienteering, sailing or just simply a peaceful stroll around the park and picnic. The park is now visited by over 200,000 visitors each year.

Himley Hall is open to the general public in spring and summer and for special events and bookings throughout the year. The Hall will re-open to the public from Saturday 1st April until Sunday 3rd September 2017.

For those who ‘popped’ the question or had the question ‘popped’ to them recently, the chance to view one of the Midlands’ most historic wedding venues is on offer on Sunday 22nd January 2017.
Himley Hall is inviting couples who are looking at planning a civil wedding or partnership ceremony to see just how it can make their ‘perfect day’. Visit our special ‘Open Day’ on Sunday 22nd January 11.00 am – 4.00 pm, and view the ceremony and reception rooms in the setting where royal newlyweds once took their honeymoon and princes and earls once strolled.
Himley Hall Guided Tours ...discover the hidden secrets of the hall
Discovering just what is behind all the huge panelled doors, or seeing the former indoor swimming pool with its 'cocktail balcony' still intact, can only be done on a Himley Hall guided tour.
The fascination with Himley continues and guided tours are available during the summer months on specific dates (admission fee). Guided tours are also available for groups of 24 or more persons, with buffet and refreshments if desired.
