Saturday 22 July 9am – 5pm

Celebrate the Black Country Festival in Brierley Hill and enjoy the first Brier Fair.

Now in its fourth year, the Black Country Festival honours all things Black Country. The Brier Fair will be the first time that a major festival has taken place in the middle of Brierley Hill, a town which is a beating heart of Black Country heritage.

Fairground rides for all ages will be situated in the town centre.  But the day will be more than just a fun fair.  Also on offer will be:

  • A giant sandpit and children’s activities

  • Art and craft activities

  • Street entertainment

  • Face painting

  • Market stalls

  • Local acts on stage

  • Black Country Radio


Transport

From 5am until 8pm High Street will be closed to traffic from Talbot Street to Moor Street, leaving both junctions open

Buses will run to alternative bus stops in the town centre

FREE car parking at the Moor Shopping Centre

Shopping

While in town, don’t forget to pop into the shops and buy local

Library

From 10am – 3pm Brierley Hill library will host free children’s craft, glitter tattoo and rattle and rhyme activities.
