Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council use the site monitoring service provided by Axzona to ensure that our website is performing satisfactorily. These reports are to ensure, and show our dedication to providing our Citizen’s and end users with the best available service we can provide in respect of Server availability and performance.

Dudley MBC have provided for uninterrupted future availability of service to our Citizen’s and Businesses by investing in the latest technologies. Our current Internet infrastructure is intended to provide resilience by removing all single points of failure from the infrastructure, whilst providing a flexible bandwidth to support future demands.

The Dudley MBC website will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week where possible. Unplanned critical maintenance sessions may be required and where possible this work will be undertaken outside of core business hours and earliest possible notification will be provided of the disruption.

It should be noted that the performance of the ‘world wide web’ and sites accessed are outside the control of DMBC and the external suppliers delivering our Internet Services.

These results were independently gathered by Axzona's geographically-dispersed monitoring agents to provide an unbiased view of our Internet performance over a set period.
